  1. How long have you been in business? Our owners have been in business for 15 years and have over 20 years’ experience.
  2. What are your fees? Our fees range from 20% to 33% on a contingency basis, and is affected by age and account type. We only get paid if we collect. However, fees are subject to change if legal action or attorney involvement is required. All attorney involvement has to be approved by you.
  3. How often do you remit payment? We remit payment 15 days after payments are posted and cleared. You’ll receive a payment notification reflecting the total of payments collected and remitted (minus fee).
  4. Is collection guaranteed? No. Collection isn’t guaranteed and is impacted by the account age at the time of assignment, collection guidelines and our ability to contact or communicate with the debtor. However, we have a history of liquidating accounts at a rate that leads the industry.
